Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

•   Detailed quantity analysis & estimation as per approved drawings concerning BOQ, as per requirement.

•   Interim payment certificate verification of the projects.

•   Preparation of the BOQ and detailed Estimate for the projects.

•   Effective coordination with the design section, architectural section, and site team.

•   Escalation/de-escalation calculation (verification/checking) as per requirement.

•   Preparation of tender/bidding documents and well-versed in AutoCAD (2d).

•   Daily work reported on the ‘QS’ section.

•   Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

•   Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
