Working with the research team, develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the macroeconomic environment over the agreed plan period, using the information to consider the implications for existing and new sectors.
Develop an understanding of relevant sectors and how they are likely to respond. Undertake key research to understand the Business and project drivers of sectors, clients, and potential opportunities.
Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to regional teams and ensure a robust client relationships management strategy/deliver.
Organize and represent at key networking events to raise the company’s profile.
Responsible for logging all the client complaints/appeals in the Register and ensuring that all complaints/appeals are satisfactorily managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales.
Keep company and client information confidential and disclose only to those authorized to deal with the confidential information.
Perform all jobs impartially and, where required, without any influence of others on the reporting and decision making.
Must comply with all company policies, including secrecy, anti-corruption, confidentiality, impartiality, QHSE quality, etc.
Any other job responsibilities assigned by the operations manager.
BSC/B.E/BA/MBA
7 years of experience in commercial management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Special skills: Able to establish a professional relationship with clients.
