Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

 

Project Location(s):Karachi, Pakistan

 

Education:Graduation (preferably Business Administration / Management / Commerce/ Social Sciences / Human Resources Management or related field)

 

Job Responsibilities

  •   Assist full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)

  •   Coordinate onboarding/orientation of new staff

  •   Maintain HR records and personnel files

  •   Support performance management/appraisal processes

  •   Assist in HR policy implementation, disciplinary, and exit processes

  •   Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards

  •   Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Graduation (preferably Business Administration / Management / Commerce/ Social Sciences / Human Resources Management or related field)

  • Minimum 2 years’ HR experience (recruitment, HR ops, Payroll, employee relations)

  • Understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, performance, policy)

  • Experience with HRIS / HR software (preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
