Education:Graduation (preferably Business Administration / Management / Commerce/ Social Sciences / Human Resources Management or related field)
Assist full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate onboarding/orientation of new staff
Maintain HR records and personnel files
Support performance management/appraisal processes
Assist in HR policy implementation, disciplinary, and exit processes
Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards
Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits
Graduation (preferably Business Administration / Management / Commerce/ Social Sciences / Human Resources Management or related field)
Minimum 2 years’ HR experience (recruitment, HR ops, Payroll, employee relations)
Understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, performance, policy)
Experience with HRIS / HR software (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
