Education:DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or equivalent
Maintain daily financial records (vouchers, receipts, invoices)
Assist in the preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks regularly
Assist in posting journal entries and ledger entries
Support month-end closing activities under supervision
Help to prepare basic financial reports for management (e.g. trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheets)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard accounting procedures
Assist with tax‐related tasks / assist in preparing tax returns if required
Support audits by providing the required documentation as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
Good academic record/grades (e.g., above a certain percentage or CGPA)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledgers
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
Good verbal & written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
