Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain administrative records and databases

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

  • Prepare reports, documents, and other materials as needed

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in administration or related role

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
