Manage and maintain administrative records and databases
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Prepare reports, documents, and other materials as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Fresh to 2 years of experience in administration or related role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
