Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.
Handle front desk operations, including reception, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and issues.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree
Fresh to 1 year of experience in administration or a related role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
