Job Responsibilities

  •   Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.

  •   Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.

  •   Handle front desk operations, including reception, filing, and data entry.

  •   Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  •   Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.

  •   Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and issues.

  •   Perform administrative tasks as required.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Fresh to 1 year of experience in administration or a related role

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
