Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
Performance Management:
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local Labor laws.
Ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in developing competitive compensation structures.
Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
In-depth knowledge of Pakistani Labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
