Job Responsibilities

•    Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

•    Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.

•    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.

•    Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.

•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

•    Monitored employee performance using real-time data and reports.

•    Managed daily workloads by organizing schedules and delegating tasks.

•    Preparing reports for clients.

•    Effective follow-up with the engineering team for the assigned deliverable.

•    Maintain follow-up with clients for the pending deliverables.

•    Updation and revision of schedules.

•    Recording and preparation of minutes of meetings.

•   Develop and update the action tracker for ongoing projects.

•   Develop presentations for projects.

•   Other requirements as per project needs.

  As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• BSc. in Mechanical Engineering

• 02 to 04 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas/ Fertilizer / Chemical plant industry.

• Special skills of planning + project management + strong communication skills
