Job Responsibilities

•   Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes).

•   Develop job plans using OEM manuals and best practices.

•   Perform troubleshooting and RCA for failures (misalignment, vibration, lubrication, overheating, etc.).

•   Lead major overhauls and equipment inspections.

•   Monitor equipment health using vibration analysis, thermography, and lube oil analysis.

•   Manage spare parts and material requests.

•   Ensure compliance with API standards (610, 617, 673, 682, 686).

•   Supervise contractors during shutdowns and turnarounds.

•   Maintain CMMS/SAP data and update equipment history.

•   Review drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and performance curves.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery plants.

• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, seals, bearings, lubrication systems.

• Skilled in alignment (laser/optical), balancing, and vibration interpretation (ISO 10816/20816).

• Familiarity with SAP PM, Maximo, or similar CMMS.

• Strong troubleshooting and reporting abilities.

• Capability to lead maintenance teams.
