Job Responsibilities

•    Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

•    Install and configure network operating systems and software.

•    Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

•    Identify and resolve connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and outages.

•    Perform routine network troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

•    Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

•     Monitor and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, and vulnerabilities.

•     Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

•     Provide technical support to users experiencing network-related issues.

• Assist in resolving connectivity and access problems for end-users.

•     Conduct training for staff on best practices for network usage and security.

•      Ensure regular data backups and develop disaster recovery plans.

•     Test backup systems and restore procedures periodically.

•      Respond to emergencies to minimize network downtime.

•      Evaluate network performance and suggest improvements for speed and efficiency.

•     Optimize bandwidth usage and resource allocation to support business needs.

• Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and security compliance.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 02 to 4 years’ experience in relevant industry.

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 & 2019, experience with Switches, Routers and Firewall.
