Conduct outdoor sales visits to identify and secure new business opportunities for H2AIM, meeting clients at their premises to build relationships and understand their needs.
Actively seek and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Present H2AIM’s health and safety solutions directly to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Develop and implement H2AIM strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Gather feedback from the field to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Work closely with the internal teams to align field sales efforts with H2AIM’s company objectives and promotional activities.
Provide detailed and accurate sales activity reports, including leads, visits, closures, and client feedback.
Maintain accurate records of H2AIM sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), firefighting equipment, and hardware tools.
