Job Description :

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to identify and secure new business opportunities for H2AIM, meeting clients at their premises to build relationships and understand their needs.
  • Actively seek and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Present H2AIM’s health and safety solutions directly to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  • Develop and implement H2AIM strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Gather feedback from the field to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to align field sales efforts with H2AIM’s company objectives and promotional activities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales activity reports, including leads, visits, closures, and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of H2AIM sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), firefighting equipment, and hardware tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Mussafah market.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
