Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand the requirements outlined in RFPs or tenders.
Identify key technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the project or service being proposed.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for the proposed project.
Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., finance, procurement) to gather costing information.
Lead the development of comprehensive proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
Create compelling content that highlights the company's strengths, capabilities, and unique value proposition.
Engage with clients during the proposal process to gather additional information and clarify requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment in the proposal
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposal-related information.
Generate reports on proposal activities, including win/loss analysis.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in proposal development.
Implement improvements in the proposal process based on feedback and lessons learned.
