Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Project Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Monitor contractor performance and construction progress.
Ensure proper implementation of project schedules.
Quality Control
Inspect construction materials and workmanship.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings.
Coordinate testing of materials and site inspections.
Contract Administration
Ensure that contractors follow the contract conditions and project requirements.
Review contractor invoices and payment certificates.
Verify work quantities for interim and final payments.
Handle variations, claims, and site instructions.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the main link between the client, consultant, and contractor.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress review meetings.
Coordinate with design engineers, surveyors, and other technical staff.
Progress Monitoring
Monitor project timelines and report delays or issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Recommend corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and procedures.
Monitor safe working practices on site.
Report accidents and ensure corrective measures.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site records, reports, drawings, and correspondence.
Issue site instructions and maintain inspection records.
Prepare project completion reports.
IPC Verification
Verification of contractor IPC’S running bill as per specifications.
BSc. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
5 to 10 years of experience as a resident engineer within the industry.
Expertise in the supervision of projects.
Experience to check IPC‘s as per specifications.
Experience working with Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
