Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications and requirements.

  •  Collaborate with multiple departments (technical, commercial, and legal) to gather all necessary information for proposal preparation.

  •  Review and update proposal documentation and templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

  •  Assist in contract negotiations, providing clarification, and addressing client concerns regarding proposals.

  •  Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

  •  Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Previous experience in proposal engineering, project management, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of proposal development and contract negotiation is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
