Education: BSc. /MSc. in Civil Engineering
Preparation of project specifications and design reports.
Familiar with international steel and concrete design codes (BS and ASTM).
Capable of design using LRFD and ASD design methods.
Capable of using design software like Staad Pro and Etabs.
Capable of designing structural steel like pipe racks, shelters, platforms, and their associated connections, base plates, and foundations.
Capable of design of concrete structures like substation building, pits.
Capable of design of structure foundations and equipment foundation.
Develop, review, and implement comprehensive inspection and maintenance procedures for offshore and onshore assets, focusing on long-term structural integrity and safety.
Define inspection intervals, techniques, and required tools for evaluating different types of structures (e.g., jackets, platforms, pipelines, etc.).
Develop maintenance strategies and detailed plans for remedial and corrective actions based on inspection findings.
BSc./MSc. in Civil Engineering.
03 to 04 Years’ Experience with engineering company and industry preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, Smart Plant Review, Micro station.
Experience with offshore and onshore structures such as jackets, platforms, storage tanks, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure.
Extensive knowledge of structural integrity codes and standards (e.g., API 653, DNV GL, ISO 19901-4, NACE RP-0178).
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro, SACS, ANSYS, etc.
Experience in inspection techniques (e.g., NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing, radiography, magnetic particle inspection, etc.).
Experience in risk-based inspection (RBI) methods and maintenance planning.
