The project manager will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the project to ensure its smooth operation.
The project manager will lead teams/personnel of the below-mentioned services, maintaining close coordination with the Head Office project team.
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Supervise activities such as cylinder handling, timely delivery, payment processing, customer satisfaction, and inventory management.
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Participate in risk assessments and propose modifications to improve performance.
Offer technical support to on-site personnel as needed.
Monitor project operations, providing reports on technical performance, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Conduct training sessions for staff on customer service, equipment usage, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Community Engagement/Sales Support Service Description
Effectively manage community engagement officers with daily/weekly engagement goals.
Instrumental in identifying and building relationships with local administration and community leaders.
Develop, manage, facilitate, and deliver community programs for targeted groups, with a focus on customer acquisition.
Ensure community engagement strategies and sales implementation plans are evidence-based, coordinated, and well executed.
Bachelors degree
Minimum Experience: 3-4 Years
Job Hours: 8 am to 8 Pm (12 Hours)
Must have a smartphone and internet access.
Must have their own transportation.
