Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy or Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Lead and motivate inspection teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication and address any challenges.
• Ensure that inspection activities adhere to established quality and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce procedures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve any quality or safety issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy or Chemical).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the inspection or quality assurance field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations.
