Job Responsibilities
Prepare and produce detailed civil engineering drawings, as-built drawings, and plans in accordance with project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to refine designs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Review and update technical drawings and plans as needed to reflect design changes or modifications.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in site surveys and inspections to ensure the accuracy of drawings.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
A Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in civil drafting, including working with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Required experience in creating as-built and new drawings for RCC, load-bearing structures, and structural steel across various engineering sectors.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Knowledge of civil engineering principles and local construction standards.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with 3D modeling or other advanced drafting software.
Previous experience working mainly on buildings, warehouses, and foundation details and knowledge of bridges, culverts, drainage, etc.
