Job Responsibilities

•   Manage the transportation requirements of the LPG gas cylinder delivery project, including, bulk transportation from bottling plant to warehouse and last mile delivery transportation from warehouse to end-customers.

•   Perform service of driving and handling as required.

•   Maintain regular communication with logistics companies, drivers and helpers.

•   Responsible for receiving filled cylinders from bottling plant, sending empty cylinders to bottling plant,  sending filled cylinders to customers, receiving empty cylinders from customers.

•   Reconcile all receiving/sending and handover to the inventory management team.

•   Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.

•   As required, coordinate between customers and delivery driver to ensure smooth and quick delivery operations.

•   Monitor the movement of delivery vehicles and provide real-time updates.

•  Address any logistical challenges or disruptions promptly, intimate to customers and Project Manager accordingly.

•   Responsible for processing logistics payments and ensuring accurate invoicing.

•   Ensure vehicles are in good working condition with timely and preventive maintenance.

•   Troubleshoot and resolve any transportation-related issues, if required, escalate to Project Manager.

•   Manage the record of filled LPG cylinders to be handing over at morning to the drivers for home delivery and reconcile inventory after receiving back on evening.

•   Working in close coordination with Inventory management team for seamless operations.

Conditions

• Bachelors degree

• Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years

• Job Hours: 8 am to 8 Pm (12 Hours)

• Must have a smartphone and internet access.

• Must have their own transportation.
