Job Responsibilities

  •  Monitor LPG cylinder stock levels in the warehouse.

  •  Place orders for replenishments to maintain adequate inventory.

  •  Manage the overall supply chain for the LPG cylinder delivery
    project.

  •  Handle the ordering and receiving of inventory from bottling plant.

  •  Track both empty and filled cylinders within the warehouse.

  •  Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for seamless
    inventory flow.

  •  Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and
    discrepancies.

  •  Generate regular reports on inventory status for management.

  •  Work towards optimizing stock levels to meet demand effectively.

  •  Collect the payment (of new empty cylinder and gas) from drivers as
    cash / card slips.

  •  Reconcile payment against day’s operation and maintain the same on
    register and get endorsed from the Project Manager.

  •  Generate the manual slip for payment submission in the bank

  •  Manage invoices of delivered cylinders according to the payment
    received.

  •  Update & reconcile daily record before leaving the warehouse.

  •  Submit the whole day selling amount in company provided bank account before closing of bank, if bank is closed then submit the payment on next day morning.

  •  Keeping the record at safe place at plant.

Conditions

  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years

  • Job Hours: 8 am to 8 Pm (12 Hours)

  • Must have a smartphone and internet access.

  • Must have their own transportation.

  • Only applicants from KPK and Gilgit Baltistan should apply.
