Job Responsibilities

  •   Handle front desk operations and greet visitors.

  •   Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  •   Assist with administrative tasks and manage office supplies.

  •   Perform telemarketing duties and promote company services to potential clients.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience and proven experience as a Front Desk officer/receptionist.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient skills in MS Excel and Outlook.
