Job Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in engineering, inspection, testing, and certification-related activities.
Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, documentation, and presentations.
Participate in inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities as per project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Analyze engineering data and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using standard tools and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / BE) in Electrical Engineering
Fresh graduates—mandatory
Minimum CGPA: 3.0/4 or 7.0/10
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong academic background with a consistent academic record
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
Ability to interact and collaborate with team members at all organizational levels.
