Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Identify and target potential clients across key KSA industries. Develop strategic plans to establish a strong market presence.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in KSA. Understand their requirements and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that exceed expectations.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with KSA industry trends, regulations, and competitors. Utilize this knowledge to adapt strategies and ensure our offerings remain advanced and competitive.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and tracking. Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Represent the company at major KSA industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Valid KSA driving license and ensure availability for frequent travel across the region for client visits.
Knowledge of business development, technical sales, or client relations within the engineering, inspection, or oil & gas sector.
Prior experience in promoting consultancy, inspection, design review, testing, or project management services will be an advantage.
Must have a strong understanding of engineering disciplines.
The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in blending engineering knowledge with commercial business development and sales strategy.
The ideal candidate must portray excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must have proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and document preparation (EOIs, PQs, proposals).
Must have a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical services into client benefits.
