Job Responsibilities

  • Performance of NDT (Ferro-scanning, Schmidt hammer and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity testing)
  • and Destructive (Core extraction and testing)
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during testing procedures.
  • Interpret test results accurately and assess the condition of the inspected components.
  • Lead a team of NDT inspectors, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure efficient and
  • effective inspections.
  • Develop inspection plans and schedules based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and
  • thorough inspections.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, test results, and recommendations
    for maintenance or repairs.
  • Prioritize inspection tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs, diagrams, and test data.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of NDT procedures.

  • Review and verify the work of team members to ensure compliance with industry standards
    and specifications.

  • Continuously assess and improve inspection techniques and methodologies to enhance overall
    quality and efficiency.

  • Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards during inspections.

    As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in NDT & DT Inspection.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and codes.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Revit or 3D will be plus.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    simultaneously.
  • Familiar with NDT standards such as ASTM C597, ASTM C803, ASTM C805, and ASTM C876,
    ASTM C42/42M, etc.
