To enhance workforce competency and promote a proactive safety culture through structured and practical training sessions.

Education: Certified Occupational Safety Trainer

Job Responsibilities

•   Develop and update training modules (PPE, fall protection, confined space, scaffolding safety, fire safety)

•   Deliver induction and refresher training

•   Conduct mock drills and practical demonstrations

•   Maintain training attendance records

•   Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback

•   Recommend improvement in training content based on incident trends

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Certified Occupational Safety Trainer

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering construction safety training
