Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain document control procedures and filing systems in line with company and project requirements.

  •   Prepare detailed user manuals and documentation scripts for in-house software and internal workflows.

  •   Manage the flow of technical documents between internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure proper distribution and version control.

  •   Receive, check, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, datasheets, reports, correspondence, etc.).

  •   Ensure that all project documents comply with established standards, templates, and naming conventions.

  •   Maintain a tracking system to monitor document status, revisions, and approval stages.

  •   Regularly update document registers and ensure traceability of all project deliverables.

  •   Support engineers and project managers in locating and retrieving required information promptly.

  •   Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion.

  •   Support audits, inspections, and quality management initiatives by providing accurate document records.

  •   Coordinate with IT and software teams for improvements and automation of document control systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience (experience in document control or administration is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications.

  • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) or ERP tools is a plus.
