Job Description:

Super Dream Pest Control and Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales—preferably in pest control, cleaning, or a related field—and will be responsible for bringing in new clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting our sales growth in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients for pest control and cleaning services.
• Promote company services through cold calls, site visits, and online leads.
• Meet potential customers, explain services, and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery.
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Experience in pest control, cleaning, or facility management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence to meet clients and close deals.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Driving License:
  • Not mandatory, but it’s a plus if available.
• Languages:
  • English required; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Other:
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving results.
