Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

 

Job Responsibilities

  •   Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation

  •   Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  •   Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

  •   Prepare and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and close agreements.

  •   Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently

  •   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

  •   Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth

  •   Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in the recruitment industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in English speaking and writing.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
