Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Prepare and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and close agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth
Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
