Job Responsibilities
Risk Assessment: Develop and update hazard identification, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
Reporting: Realization of Algerian regulatory studies, EDD, EIE, PII, SGS, EIPS/E for several clients in oil and gas.
Office-based for design reviews, but frequently visiting project sites for audits.
Regulatory Monitoring: Ensure all technical studies and operational procedures comply with local, national, and international environmental and safety regulations.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, process, or related fields
1-3 years in a safety and environment role, preferably in oil & gas.
French and English in writing and speaking
Mastery of various risk analyses methodologies (HAZID, FEERA)
The competency to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills: Rigor, strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to travel.
Certifications would be an asset.
